Can I buy your products if I am not a practitioner ?
Pure Health Solutions range of products is for Practitioners Only and you have to fill out an application form to registered customer.
However, for members of the general public, we can direct you to a practitioner in your area who is able to dispense our products after a consultation to determine the best remedies for your individual circumstances.
How do I use the Test Kits ?
Please contact us to resolve your query – for questions about kits we will usually get back to you within one week.
Some of our products require refrigeration. When we send them to you, they are packed with ice packs to maintain a cool environment. Please refrigerate them as soon as you receive them and also advise your patients if prescribed items require refrigeration.

My products haven’t arrived !do our best to ensure that orders are delivered within our timeframes but sometimes unforseen circumstances occur with our delivery partners. You can check the progress of your order’s delivery status using tracking numbers and if this is still not able to be resolved please contact us.
How is Freight Calculated ?
Freight is charged according to destination, type of delivery method (Express or Normal) and by weight of the products. Refrigerated products are sent via Express Post for certain destinations in order to maintain the integrity of the products.
The freight costs are calculated at checkout time and are calculated to keep in line with our shipping costs via Australia Post and our preferred Couriers.
