We do our best to ensure deliveries arrive as scheduled but at times unforseen delays may occur with our delivery partners.
We use Australia Post (standard and express) and Fastway Couriers as our delivery suppliers.
Returns of products are accepted within 2 weeks of receiving your items for the following reasons:
- Items delivered do not match the order
- Damaged products – products are damaged or unusable
- Short Expiry Date – products will expire in the near future
- Incorrect orders – where the customer has ordered the wrong product/quantity
For all cases where we are at fault – we take responsibility for postage charges for returns.
For cases where the customer has ordered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
Products requiring refrigeration must be packed with ice before posting.
